Refunds or exchanges are accepted due to manufacturer defect only.

Customers have up to 15 days to ask for a refund.

All products being returned must be returned in original, unopened packaging with tags and must not be used. 

The customer will be responsible for shipping costs associated with product return.

For exchange requests, customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with product return.

This policy does not cover any damage caused by the use of the products.
